Shipping & Delivery:

We know what a difference a speedy delivery makes and so we have a few delivery options available (depending on your delivery location).

Delivery Charges:

UK: Free delivery takes between 2-4 working days

Jersey , Guernsey , Isle of Man:

£ 7.99 - This delivery service takes between 2- 5 working days

Ireland & Germany:

£ 9.99 - The international delivery service takes between 5-7 working days

 

Returns Policy:

Under The Consumer Rights Act, we will accept returned items even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund (including basic delivery costs paid) as long as you return your goods within 30 days from the day after delivery to you.

The customer is responsible for the delivery costs of the return. Unless the item is faulty at time of receipt or the incorrect item was received. When returning the order or part of an order, we recommend this is done via a recorded delivery service as the customer is liable until we receive the return. For faulty /incorrect items, the customer will be provided with a pre-paid returns label.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in re-sealed and in the same condition it was received in, including all the original packaging.

How to complete a return

  1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or a Order number to be included with the return item.
  2. Please send email to adeel@sartexquilts.co.uk for return request.
  3. We will send you a pre-paid return label by email.
  4. Customer needs to print this label and put on the parcel.
  5. The email will contain all instructions of how to return your parcel to the nearest drop-off location.
  6. Once the returned item is received, this will be inspected to ensure it meets the return condition criteria.
  7. Refunds will be processed within 1 working day from receiving the item.


There are certain situations where a full refund may be refused or only partial refund issued, these include:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or packaging for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse return and/or a full refund if any items do not meet the above criteria.
