Who will I be buying the pillows from?
Whilst only Premier Inn have the right to promote the availability of the Premier Inn branded bed and pillows, your contract for the purchase and supply of the 'Premier Inn' branded products will be with Sartex Quilts & Textile Ltd.
What is the role of Sartex?
Sartex is the manufacture of Premier Inn Pillow on behalf of Primer Inn who organises the delivery via a third party Home Delivery Agent.
Why you do need an Employee ID ?
This benefit is exclusively dedicated to Whitbread employees, therefore you need to provide your Employee ID to place your order. Non employees are unable to place orders via this site and should instead use our customer website for purchasing Premier Inn pillows and beds https://www.premierinnbedding.com .
What are the pillow specifications ?
Dimensions: 78x46cm
Soft Pillow Weight: 500g
Firm Pillow Weight: 700g
The pillows are sold in pairs, with two quilted cover poly-cotton pillow protectors. Zipped at one end, they are easy to take on and off for machine washing.
All care information is on the pillow label and on the packaging insert.
Do the Premier Inn pillows contain foam?
No foam is contained in the Premier Inn pillows. They are made of blown hollow fibre that traps air within the fibres to keep them light and 'lofty' giving a volumising effect. The hollow spaces create the breathable, lightweight material perfect for a great night's sleep.
How often should I replace my pillow?
To extend the life of your pillow, both the pillow protector and pillow are machine washable, we as a manufacturer recommend that the pillow protectors are washed on a regular basis, only washing the pillows when necessary following the instructions on the care label to ensure that your pillow remains in a good condition. We recommend replacing your pillows every 8 months to ensure you have the correct support for your head and neck, ensuring a great night's sleep.
Where can you deliver pillows?
Our pillows can be delivered anywhere in mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Isle of Man and Germany.
Is there a limit on the number of pillows that can be purchased?
Yes, you can order up to a maximum of six pairs of pillows every 12 months. The 12 months’ time frame starts after you have placed your first order.
When do I pay for the pillows?
The full payment will be taken at the time the order is placed, either by debit card or credit card. If payment is refused or reversed after dispatch of the order, Sartex have the right to request payment or to recover the pillows from you.
How long will it take to deliver my pillows?
We will aim to deliver your pillows within 5 working days, however this could be longer for international orders.
What happens once I place the order ?
The order will be processed by Sartex. You will receive an email confirmation once your order and payment has been processed which will confirm your unique purchase reference. You will be contacted by our Home Delivery Agent with tracking details for your pillows.

What do I do if I need to amend an order ?
If you have made a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible. Amendments made before the pillows are dispatched will be free of charge. For amendments after this time, charges may be applicable, so please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy .
What if I change my mind?
If you wish to cancel your order, please refer to the Cancellation/Returns policy. You can contact Our Customer Services Team as soon as possible on 01706357490. Sartex office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Fridays.
What can I do if there is something wrong with my pillows after 30 days have passed ?
Sartex provide a 6 months warranty on the Premier Inn pillows, to cover manufacturing faults and defects. If you suspect your pillows are having a fault, please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy, and contact Our Customer Services Team as soon as possible.
